COURT JUDGEMENT IN CONSTITUTIONAL PETITIONS. NO. 25 OF 2020 AND NO. 10 OF 2017 ON TERMINATION OF PREGNANCY IN UGANDA

Introduction

This judgement arises from petitions No. 25 of 2020 and No. 10 of 2017 which were consolidated by the court since they raise questions on the same subject for constitutional interpretation. The court further admitted M/S. Women’s Link Worldwide. a non-profit organisation to be joined as an Amicus Curiae to the Petitions.
