Dear Reader,
We are delighted to share with you the tenth issue of the Spotlight Newsletter which provides highlights of HRAPF’s interventions during the second quarter of 2023 (April to June 2023). We continue to implement HRAPF’s 4th strategic plan for the period 2023-2027 albeit with a moratorium in the area of training workshops for duty bearers on the rights of LGBTI persons, and advocating for bye laws on access to HIV services for all in districts, as a way of avoiding the criminal sanctions imposed by the Anti-Homosexuality Act, 2023 for ‘promotion of homosexuality.’
