The objective of institutional development is to strengthen HRAPF’s institutional capacity, financial independence and operational efficiency to deliver on its mandate. The Goal is an efficient, effective and sustainable human rights advocacy organisation.
In order to achieve this, HRAPF has set five management priorities for the next five years. These are:
