We are happy to share with you the eleventh issue of the Spotlight Newsletter which provides highlights of HRAPF’s interventions during the third quarter (July to September 2023). In this quarter, the most predominant issues have been around the enforcement of the Anti-Homosexuality Act, 2023 (AHA) and its impact on our work. During the quarter, enforcement of the Act gained traction, with various Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) as well as private individuals implementing the Act.
