HRAPF holds 7th Annual General Meeting

HRAPF on 30th July 2016 held its 7th Annual Meeting marking its 8th year in existence. The meeting was opened by the Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC), Ms. Sylvia Muwebwa Ntambi who thanked HRAPF for supporting marginalised groups and for working closely with the EOC. She reiterated that the EOC welcomes all cases including those concerning LGBTI persons and other marginalised  persons.

The meeting was also attended by the Chairman, Local Council V Masaka District, Mr. Jude Mbabaali who also thanked HRAPF for its work and welcomed HRAPF’s acceptance of his request to extend legal aid services to the people of Masaka. He also thanked HRAPF for the innovative ways of working.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Ms. Sheila Muwanga.

The meeting was graced by HRAPF members, partners and staff.
