As Uganda joins the rest of the world to commemorate the International Human Rights day under the theme; ‘Recover better, stand up for human rights’,  HRAPF issued a Press Statement in the Daily Monitor entitled; “THE NEED TO PROTECT THE MOST VULNERABLE AND MOST MARGINALISED DURING THE COVID-19 RECOVERY PROCESS’.
