INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR 2017

HRAPF is an independent, non-partisan, non-governmental organisation operating in Uganda. HRAPF specialises in provision of legal aid, human rights awareness, promotion, protection, and advocacy for marginalised groups. HRAPF wishes to contract competent and qualified service providers and suppliers to supply the following goods and services for two years:

i. Stationery
ii. Catering services
iii. Computers, ICT equipment, and accessories
iv. Internet services and IT Support
v. Furniture and fittings
vi. Designing and printing of publications
vii. Motor Vehicle repair and maintenance

Interested suppliers should submit proposals accompanied by the following documents:
1. Valid Trading License
2. Certificate of Incorporation
3. Business and other NGO references
4. Valid Income Tax Clearance
5. Passport / Identity Cards of business owners / Board of Directors
6. Financial Statement (if available)
7. Company Profile

Proposals with accompanying documents along with a non-refundable bidding fee of UGX: 50,000 (Fifty thousand shillings only) should be submit to the address below not later than 12:00pm on Friday 24 February 2017.

The proposals should be sealed and clearly indicating: ‘Prequalification for provision of (state nature of business) for 2017-2018’ and addressed to:
